Jose De Venecia expose, a picture paints billions - ZTE deal

Its a vicious circle. The Arroyo administration performs another graft and corrupt practice act, a participant in such performance squeals, then the administration is again in constant denial of everything that transcribed. Something that happens more than often nowadays.
It is really frustrating, we cannot pinpoint actually where the fault lies now. Is really with us or with them? Why do we keep electing scumbags in the office? Different people, the same story. A lot of anomalies stormed Arroyo's administration and an impeachment complaint every year. Does this prove that she is not rightful to be the President in the first place? That she is a lier and a cheater? Of course!
Here comes the ZTE Broadband deal, almost equivalent to selling the Philippines to another country. Jose De Venecia, aside from the introductory exposes of Lozado are now digging up the skeletons of the said deal. JDV says pictures don't lie, on the contrary, the President's husband is saying JDV is a lier and you can say it to his face. Whew! Round two! Fight!
As a third person's point of view, I will quote a famous line from an activist, "If you want revolution, starve the people", I think this is what happened to JDV, he was not fed enough so he is rovolting. Bad for the administration, worse for the Filipinos- the real victims in this controversy.
The administration's defense, as always is "that person (our former close friend) is a lair" a lame and overused defense. Look for another one! people don't buy it anymore. Of course there is no crime when you play golf with the ZTE people, the problem is when you play golf and you try to gamble with the taxes of the people. Everybody knows that the picture shown by JDV is more than playing golf, it is playing with the taxes of the people, a blatant graft and corruption! A picture paints a thousand words indeed, but in this case, it also speaks of billions of Filipino's money.
I think its about time that the administration should spend some attention to their conscience, if it is still there. Haven't you and your family had enough? You stole a fortune you can spend for generations. Leave some for the poor Filipinos. Ang kapal nyo! Magtira naman kayo!
